Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Manarah Human Resources website and client/provider portal. By registering for a corporate or provider account, you agree to these terms and to the specific commercial terms in your signed quotation, agreement, or Job Order, which take precedence in case of conflict.
2. Regulated Services
Recruitment, temporary staffing, training, licensing, and other regulated services are provided only within Manarah's applicable regulatory license/authorization, or through an appropriately licensed service provider. A registered commercial activity does not replace a separate sector license where one is required.
3. Account Approval
Corporate client and provider accounts are activated only after Manarah's review and approval. Manarah reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate an account at its discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
4. Service Requests
Submitting a service request through the portal is not a binding order — it initiates a review by our team. Pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are confirmed via a formal quotation or Job Order before execution begins.
5. Provider Conduct
Approved providers acting on Manarah's behalf must represent themselves professionally, maintain confidentiality of client information, and must not attempt to contact or solicit Manarah's clients directly outside the scope of an assigned task.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Government and third-party costs are charged at actual cost unless expressly included. Payment terms are as agreed in writing.
7. Candidate Fee Policy
No recruitment, placement, or processing fee may be collected from a candidate unless lawful, itemized, and expressly approved by Manarah. Unauthorized collections must be refunded promptly upon discovery.
8. Liability
Manarah's liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall first be addressed amicably; failing resolution, it shall be referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Contact
