Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: contact and company details (name, email, phone, CR number), candidate information (position, country, work history fields entered by our team), account credentials, and communications you send us through forms or email.

3. Why We Process It

We process personal data to: create and manage client and provider accounts; process recruitment, mobility, and HR service requests; send status updates and expiry reminders; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Candidate Data

Candidate information entered into our system by our team (sourced through licensed job platforms, direct applications, or referrals) is used solely to match candidates with client requirements. We do not publicly display candidate identities; approved clients see position-level details, not personal identifiers, until a formal introduction is requested.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

Given the nature of international recruitment, personal data may be processed or transferred outside the Kingdom where necessary to fulfill a service (e.g., coordinating with an embassy or medical center abroad), subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPL requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
